2010 RHC Billing 101 Seminar Sponsor Form

RHC Billing seminars typically have 20 to 30 attendees who are rural health
clinic administrators, physician, owners, hospital administration, or clinic office
managers. If you sponsor the meeting you will receive space to exhibit your
product, time to discuss your product with the attendees, marketing exposure on
the website, newsletters, and mailers. The website averages 559 page requests
per day and has 64,288 hits since March 18, 2010. Your business will be linked
and given exposure on the website and placed in a weekly newsletter that goes
to approximately 750 contacts weekly. We may also send out additional mailers
with your website promoted on the piece. These mailers typically reach 2,500

a full Sponsor of a meeting is $800 and will give your organization full advertising
placement on the website, newsletters, and onsite presence as described above.
The Cost to
sponsor either the morning break or the afternoon break is $400 and includes
advertising placement; however, it does not include any onsite speaking or
presence required. (Your break will include signage indicating that this break
is sponsored by your organization)
