Lynn has served since 1985 as the President of Healthcare Business
Specialists. Mr. Lynn is cons=

one of the nation’s foremost experts in rural health clinics and the
delivery of healthcare in rural areas.&nbs=

Trained as a Certified Public Accountant; Mr. Lynn is a frequent spe=
aker
for the National Rural Health Association and the National Association of R=
ural
Health Clinics regarding Medicare reimbursement matters. Mr. Lynn has previously owned hosp=
itals
and psychiatric management companies. He has worked as a hospital
administrator, corporate controller, hospital controller, internal auditor,=
and
has state audit experience.

Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) to conduct continuing education classes. Mr. Lynn teaches over 20 seminars
annually on Medicare reimbursement, certification, quality assessment and
improvement, cost reporting, and billing.

has served on the Governor’s Medicaid Task Force (Tennessee Hospital
Association), Hickman County Hospital Board of Trustees, and been a Special
Advisor to the Coffee County Board of Trustees. Mr. Lynn has been featured in the =

Street Journal, The Tennessean, and National Public Radio (NPR) and has rec=
eived
the Follmer Bronze Merit Award for outstanding service to the Healthcare
Financial Management Association.

Mr. Lynn works with over 200 rural health clinics from coast to coast and
prepares over 100 cost reports annually. Mr. Lynn serves on the annual
evaluation committee for 25 rural health clinics and annually attends these
required meetings. Mr. Lynn is an active member of Brainerd Church of Christ
and involved in the Hispanic congregation, church finance, and coaches Upwa=

basketball.
