Lynn is the owner and RHC consultant that services RHC clients from coast to coast. Healthcare Business Specialists is dedicated to rural health clinics and 100% of our time is devoted to serving rural health clinic clients. Mr. Lynn has over 23 years experience in healthcare and the last 12 years has been almost exclusively with rural health clinics. Services provided include the following:

Personnel
Mark R. Lynn is the President of Healthcare Business Specialists. Mr. Lynn has been an industry leader in the rural health clinic area for the past 12 years.
He is a frequent speaker regarding rural health clinic matters. Mr. Lynn has presented on number occasions for the National Association of Rural Health Clinics in Washington, D.C. and presented at the National Rural Health Association meetings. Mr. Lynn is familiar with all aspects of rural health clinic operations and is involved in rural health clinic startup’s, annual evaluations, and the preparation of over 80 cost reports annually for rural health clinics.
Mr. Lynn is trained as a Certified Public Accountant and has 23 years in healthcare reimbursement and has been a hospital administrator, corporate controller, internal auditor for HCA, and has intermediary audit experience. He resides in Chattanooga, Tennessee with this wife, Susie and daughter Ashley Rose.
