The National Association of Rural Health Clinics has several presentations on RHCs on their website as well as a List Serve regarding both Independent and Provider-based RHCs.  We highly recommend membership in this organization and look for us to present at their meeting in San Antonio this spring. Additionally, the National Rural Health Association is another strong supporter of rural health clinics.  We often attend the National Policy Institute in Washington, DC and we have presented at several of their Annual Meetings as well as conducting a Teleconference series on Balanced Budget Act and RHCs.
